Yes, there are plenty of online article rewriting or article spinning tools avaialble. They essentially replace words with their synonyms.
However, article spinning tools are useless.
First, the content they produce is unreadable because they use direct synonyms that may not fit into the context.
Second, Google is sophisticated enough to not fall for those tricks. Modern search engines can recognize context and synonyms. As such, simply changing words won't allow you to avoid plagiarism.
